We are so pleased that Ian Bowley has agreed to lead our morning service on the 17th.
‘Invitations’ have been circulated to join us at our Carols by Candlelight service at 6.00pm on the 17th, followed by light festive refreshments; and to Carol Praise on Christmas Eve, when we will sing favourite carols, and enjoy mince pies.
Carol Singing around the Crib – this lovely family occasion, for all ages, takes place in the Parish Hall at 6.30pm on Thursday, 14th December. The Congresbury Brass Band will play, and refreshments will follow.
It is not possible to have an ecumenical Advent Carol Service, but instead Christians Together will be meeting outside SPAR on Saturday 23rd December, at 11.00 am to sing carols, and distribute mince pies.
